Mr. Kaull heads up the self-storage investment group at VMA, and focuses on the acquisition/disposition of self-storage properties throughout California. Prior to joining VMA, Mr. Kaull was the Vice President of Operations at Center Street Capital, a private equity firm wholly focused on investing in commercial real estate. Mr. Kaull has over 15 years experience in real estate and started his career at Marcus & Millichap, where he was a successful broker focusing exclusively on multi-family investments.
